On the Italian 1 in Rock to 4307-1-158 port west on a 31 Delta. 70-year-old female not conscious breathing. She's unconscious and not waking up. It's abnormal for the female. RPS tried moving her and she won't wake up. Patient is also a DNR, but she is breathing normally at this time en route at 1816. If I was not, she's two and out at 1816.
