False residential fire alarm caused by water leak

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units responded to a residential alarm near Regent Place Northeast and to a possible gas leak near Maryland Avenue North. The home alarm appears to have been triggered by a water leak and could not be reset, so it was left in the care of the building engineer.
