Multi-vehicle crash with two taken to hospital

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to a multi-vehicle traffic crash near East Fifth Street in Washington, Missouri. The driver and a patient from one vehicle were transported to Mercy Hospital Washington, while drivers of the other vehicles reportedly refused further medical care. Command was later ended and the scene was turned over to highway patrol.
