Noise complaint and suspected marijuana at complex

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a disturbance complaint near Clifton Meadows Drive in Washington after a caller reported people in a parking lot screaming and hollering. Responding units did not observe screaming but reported a possible noise ordinance violation involving three people at the back of the parking lot and noted the apparent odor of suspected marijuana nearby.
