Noise complaint in parking lot at Clifton Meadows

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a disturbance report at an apartment complex parking lot on Clifton Meadows Drive in Washington. The caller reported people screaming and yelling. Officers did not find anyone screaming but reported a possible noise ordinance violation at the back of the parking lot and were out with three people. An officer also reported smelling what may be a Schedule VI controlled substance and requested another unit.
