Suspicious person reported on Independence Boulevard

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a possible suspicious person call near Independence Boulevard. A caller reported that a young man, estimated to be around 25 years old, came to a door and appeared to be casing the house before leaving on foot. The man was no longer at the location and was last seen walking through the neighborhood.
