People stuck in elevator at Hampton apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to an apartment-style building on South Landing Road for a possible elevator rescue. Radio traffic reported one man and two women stuck in an elevator on the second floor for about 20 minutes. Units were sent to assist and safely free the occupants.
