Motorcyclist injured after fall on Willow and Johnson

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a motorcycle crash near Willow Street and Johnson Street in Waterbury. A rider reportedly fell from a moped after hitting a rock and was initially described as possibly unconscious but later reported to be conscious and responsive. No other vehicles were reported to be involved.
