Senior man falls, suffers neck pain and arm numbness

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded near Woodland Road in Waterford for a reported 70-year-old man who apparently fell from a standing position and was experiencing neck pain and arm numbness. Additional units were dispatched to assist with related medical calls in the area.
