Wires reported down at Morrison Avenue home

As discussed during the dispatch call, waterloo Fire and Monroe County EMS were dispatched to a residence near Morrison Avenue in Waterloo for a report of wires down. A neighbor called it in; arcing/sparking was unknown. It was also unknown whether a juvenile was in the residence.
