Child welfare check after teen runs from home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers in Waterloo respond to a welfare check for a juvenile reportedly caring for several younger children at a home near Lincoln Avenue. The juvenile had made suicidal statements, was reportedly threatened by an adult in the home, and is believed to have run away on foot shortly before officers arrived.
