Report of person trying to enter Waterloo home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a house near Lincoln Avenue in Waterloo after a caller using a gas station phone reported that someone might be trying to get into the home, possibly involving a person who was believed to still have a key despite not living there for several years.
