Welfare check requested after woman reportedly threatened to shoot herself over foreclosure

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were requested to conduct a welfare check near Garfield Rd in Fostoria after a caller reported that (name withheld) told her mortgage company she was going to shoot herself due to her home being in foreclosure. It was unknown whether she had access to a firearm, and it was noted she does not live alone.
