Reckless UTV driving reported in Fostoria area

As discussed during the dispatch call, a possible traffic violation was reported near Foster Street in Fostoria, involving a large white utility vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed and making loud noise before turning onto the dirt section of Goodrich.
