Person found sleeping in car with child at Dollar Tree

As discussed during the dispatch call, a person was reported unconscious or asleep in a blue two-door car with a child inside near Waterville Swanton Road at the Dollar Tree. Medical responders were dispatched but the person was later determined to be sleeping, and medical help was canceled.
