Man falls backward and experiences chest pain at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, a male patient reportedly fell and is experiencing chest pain near 645th Avenue in Watkins. Oxygen saturation was low at 77 percent. The fall was from standing and backwards without head injury. Emergency responders are en route.
