Reckless pickup reported on highways 59 and 113

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a white Chevy pickup driving recklessly on Highway 59 near Ogema and Waubun, then turning onto Highway 113 and nearly going into the ditch multiple times. The report involved a time delay of several minutes and no deputies were initially in the immediate area.
