I don't hear anything and still no one's coming to the door. Just passing along that's up to locate, we have a deputy currently working on. It's going to be Highway 20, possibly Highway 23 eastbound from C. George. The vehicle did exit, we believe, on Chi, but we're not sure which direction from there. It occurred about 10 minutes ago when we took the call at St. Gray, Subaru. The caller stated they passed the vehicle and the female driver looked as though she was crying. And when they were in front of her, she kept putting her hands out the window and flashing her brakes and randomly turning on her hazard lights. No further description or a place they're off of the vehicle.
