Man with severe self-inflicted bleeding at correctional facility

As discussed during the dispatch call, an ambulance was dispatched to a correctional facility near South Madison Street and East Brown Street for a reported self-inflicted laceration to a 33-year-old man with significant bleeding. His level of consciousness and breathing were unknown.
