Smoke reported in apartment at Kannenberg Plaza

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews and medics responded to a reported fire alarm and heavy smoke at an apartment unit in a building on Merrill Avenue in Wausau. The resident reported turning off the alarm but still having smoke and requested help with ventilation.
