Officer secures low cable wire on Birch Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer reported a road hazard on Birch Street just east of Fulton Street involving tree limbs and a low-hanging cable wire. The officer moved the limbs and raised the wire high enough that it was no longer a hazard to traffic near that location.
