Vehicle fire with person trapped on Willow Lane

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic indicates a vehicle fire on Willow Lane near State Highway 60, where a person was initially reported pinned by the vehicle but was later freed. Fire, EMS, law enforcement units, and an air medical helicopter were requested, though a helicopter apparently was not available.
