Kayaker reported in water near Bay St Louis Bridge

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews are responding to a report of a kayaker in the water near the Bay St. Louis Bridge by a waterfront restaurant. The kayaker was last reportedly seen away from the bridge area near the same restaurant.
