Railroad crossing signal malfunction on Dresden Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, crews responded to a reported false activation of the automatic grade crossing warning device at the Dresden Street railroad crossing in Waycross, Georgia. All tracks were affected and no flagger was present at the scene.
