Welfare check finds no injury at Wayland residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer conducted a welfare check at a residence near Turner Street in Wayland after a family concern. The officer found individuals outside doing yard work and confirmed no physical injury. What appeared to be a black eye was makeup, not bruising.
