Downed power line sparking in store parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a downed or loose power line near the Dollar General in Wayland, with the wire arcing, throwing sparks, and apparently starting a small fire on a nearby tree. The line appears to be in or over the parking lot rather than the roadway, and no injuries are reported. Utility crews and responding units have been notified and are checking the area.
