Traffic stop for speeding on Highway 27 near Wayland

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop on Highway 27 northbound about a half mile south of Wayland involving a white Toyota with Iowa registration. The driver was reportedly speeding, with a note about driving on the shoulder of the southbound lane of Highway 63, and a citation was issued in Adams County.
