Person running through yards, knocking on doors

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to the Stellwagen Street area for a report of a suspicious man running through backyards, knocking on doors, and then running away. The man was reportedly wearing a gray hoodie, blue jeans, a black backpack, and a multicolored baseball cap near a location referred to as Uncle Joe’s.
