Person unresponsive near Gloria Street, Wayne MI

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to a residence near Gloria Street in Wayne for a report from a third-party caller that her friend was unresponsive with unknown breathing status. Engine 5 and Rescue 8 were assigned to the possible medical emergency at an apartment in the building.
