Welfare check requested for elderly woman amid yelling

As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check was requested near Southeast Free Street in Wayne. An elderly woman lives with son and grandson, the latter known to be violent. Yelling was heard inside about five minutes before the call. Responders were asked to check on the woman and provide a callback.
