Report of possible squatters at Memorial Apartments

As discussed during the dispatch call, law enforcement was dispatched to an apartment complex on Memorial Street in Wayne, West Virginia, for a report of possible trespassers or squatters inside a unit after a caller noticed shopping carts full of belongings outside. The caller is not the property owner and believes the former resident is now in a nursing home.
