It is unsure if those plates... would still be on it or if they have been removed and switched them off again. The vehicle also appears to have some front end damage by the headlight that a camera in the area of today's incident picked up. If anyone comes into contact with this vehicle, again, please use extreme caution. It is a suspect vehicle and a shooting that occurred today. If you would like another photo of this vehicle, please contact the apartment. 9-6 has that. I'm familiar with this female and the apartment that she had here in Webster.
