Welfare check on woman not heard from in Webster

As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check was requested near Robinson Street for a woman previously hospitalized and known to fall frequently. Her phone is off and she has not been heard from recently. She was last transported to the hospital on May 23rd and is approximately 61 years old.
