Suspicious SUV circling Discovery Village lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a parking lot near a residential complex on Galveston Road for a report of a suspicious black or blue four-door SUV that had reportedly been moving back and forth between two parking spaces for about 20 minutes.
