Trash can blocking right lane on I-90 eastbound

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers reported debris in the right lane of an interstate near an exit eastbound. A large trash container was later removed from the roadway and placed on the right shoulder near mile marker 284.1 for maintenance to be notified.
