Hit-and-run in Walmart parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible hit-and-run in the parking area near the grocery side of a Walmart, where a caller in a black and silver vehicle reported that another vehicle struck his car within the past hour and left the scene. An officer arrived to check inside the store for possible video footage and ran information on a vehicle and plate mentioned over the radio.
