Man reportedly tried to give money to a juvenile at Ridley's

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report at Ridley’s that a male in the store was allegedly trying to give money to a juvenile. The caller (name withheld) reported that staff/bystanders were saying the man was a “child molester.” The man left in a brown/gray Honda Ridgeline (plate/ID number withheld) and was followed by the caller in a white GMC; the caller was advised not to make contact. Deputies located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop near US-95 and E Court St by the Sinclair.
