Reckless driving complaint involving black Jeep near Welcome

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a report of a possible reckless driver near S Guide Street in Welcome. A black Jeep was seen entering a ditch, crossing into oncoming traffic, and then continuing northbound.
