Truck towing lift driving erratically on Route 9

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a vehicle complaint about a truck pulling a lift on a trailer that was reportedly driving erratically on Route 9 near Merriland Ridge Road. The caller reported the vehicle was moving all over the road and using its turn signals unusually before the caller turned away.
