Man found unconscious then awake in vehicle at gas station

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies and EMS responded to a report of an apparently unconscious male in a vehicle at a gas station in Wells. Medical responders were requested and responded with a non-emergency code after the man initially did not wake up but later appeared to be awake.
