Two-vehicle crash near Twin Valley South Schools

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported two-vehicle crash near a school on Education Drive. Injuries were not immediately known. A male driver was out of his vehicle and reportedly became very drowsy and was unsure what happened before the crash.
