Boiler room motor fire at West Branch courthouse

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews and police responded to a reported structure fire at a courthouse-area building on West Houghton Avenue in West Branch. A motor in the boiler room apparently caught fire and was mostly out with light smoke when units arrived, but fire personnel continued in to check the scene.
