Domestic assault with pepper spray at apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported domestic disturbance at an apartment near East Pennington Street. A conscious woman was reportedly assaulted by another person, and one person was apparently pepper sprayed. An ambulance was sent to the scene.
