Car hits curb and stops with hazards on

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a vehicle that had been speeding, struck a curb, and then stopped with its hazard lights on near 17th Street and West Jackson in West Columbia. The vehicle was off the roadway and appeared it might still be drivable.
