Smoke from truck in Hopkins Hill parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a reported car fire in a parking lot near Hopkins Hill in West Greenwich. It was later determined to be a possible out-of-service asphalt truck with smoke coming from the front compartment but no active fire, and all occupants were out of the vehicle.
