As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call near Misty Meadows Lane in West Harrison for an 80-year-old woman who was reportedly thrown from a horse and was initially unconscious. Air medical transport was coordinated with a landing zone set up at North Dearborn Park, using the football field and nearby park area.
