Elderly man with shortness of breath and slurred speech

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical services responded to an 86-year-old man near Highway 88 West with possible shortness of breath and prior transient ischemic attack history. The man showed improvement upon responders' arrival. Further flight status checks were planned.
