Reckless driver with unrestrained child in car

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to reports of a white Volkswagen Jetta driving recklessly near 9000 South and 3400 West, with a child reportedly moving around the vehicle without a seatbelt. A vehicle license plate was also provided by the caller.
