Reckless driver forces vehicle off Route 20

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a dark blue Lexus driving recklessly on Route 20 near the Rensselaer County line in New Lebanon, possibly brake-checking another driver, forcing them off the roadway, and speeding at around 75 to 80 miles per hour before leaving the area eastbound.
