Intoxicated man reported ill at West Linn intersection

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call for a reportedly highly intoxicated man, conscious and breathing, near Willamette Falls Drive and Chestnut Street, with another sick person call at a residence on Southwest 188th Court.
